Live music is a big part of what makes Hardys Bay Club special.
Many of our musicians play for tips, and we need a small team of friendly volunteers to help with tip collection at gigs. You don’t need to have done it before — training is provided, and helping with just one gig makes a real difference.
AND if you dont see yourself collecting Tips... that's OK
...we need a range of other helpers, you could help set up tables and chairs for an event, manage the car parking, stand on the door and check tickets or sell raffle tickets ... we would love your help.
What’s involved in Tips Collection for Bands

Arrive when or soon after the music starts.

Check that tip signs and buckets are ready.

Help with card tips or raffle ticket payments using the club bar machine.

Hand over the tips at the end.

New volunteers will be shown what to do.
